Description of ceramic fiber module
Ceramic fiber blocks (modules) are products made from ceramic material in the form of fibers, which are then formed into blocks or modules of a specific shape and size. Ceramic fiber is a high-temperature material typically composed of aluminum oxide and silicon oxide, with the addition of other components such as calcium, magnesium and zirconium oxides. Kerui Refractory manufactures modular units in standard sizes as well as units to customer drawings.

Advantages of Ceramic Fiber Module
Ceramic fiber blocks can withstand extremely high temperatures, allowing them to be used in processes that require thermal stability.
Ceramic fiber blocks typically have high resistance to thermal cycling, corrosion and abrasion, ensuring durability and long service life.
Ceramic fiber modules are lightweight and easy to install. They can be easily cut, formed, and installed using common tools, making the installation process easier and reducing labor costs.
Ceramic fiber modules are chemically inert and resistant to corrosive environments. They do not react with most chemicals, making them suitable for use in processes where corrosive or aggressive environments are present.

Application of ceramic fiber modules
Ceramic fiber modules are used for thermal insulation of high temperature furnaces, burners and heating systems in the metallurgical industry.
Ceramic fiber modules are used in glass kilns and furnaces. They ensure uniform heat distribution, maintain stable temperatures and improve the quality of the glass melting process.
Ceramic fiber modules are used in thermal insulation systems for burners, boilers, turbines and other equipment in power plants. They help improve the energy efficiency of the system and reduce energy costs.
Ceramic fiber modules are used in thermal insulation systems for high-temperature equipment and pipelines in refineries, chemical plants, power plants and other oil and gas industry facilities.
