Description of the foam ceramic filter
Foam ceramic filter has excellent filtration effect on copper or iron water, using three-dimensional structure, effectively removes oxidation inclusions and other non-metallic inclusions by blocking adsorption capture. Whether it is gray cast iron, ductile iron or shaft body, cylinder body or complex large, precision equipment parts after filtration, the product quality will be satisfactory result.
Foam ceramic filters are available in three main materials: silicon carbide(SiC), zirconium oxide(ZrO2) and aluminum oxide(Al2O3).

Foam ceramic filter application
Foam ceramic filters (Al2O3 ) are designed to ensure high purity of billet castings of aluminum alloys in metallurgical plants and for filtration of aluminum castings in foundries.
Foam ceramic filters (SiC) are designed for the filtration of cast iron and non-ferrous metals in foundries. The filter can be used in the mold gating system even in combination with exothermic extensions for direct casting onto the filter. The filter can also be used for continuous filtration of non-ferrous metals, e.g. copper wires, etc.
