Description of silicon carbide bricks
Silicon carbide bricks are refractory products made of silicon carbide as the main raw material. The content of silicon carbide is from 72% to 99%. They are divided into clay-based silicon carbide bricks, Si3N4-based silicon carbide bricks, Sialon-based silicon carbide bricks, β-SiC-based silicon carbide bricks, Si2ON2-based silicon carbide bricks and recrystallized silicon carbide bricks.
