Description of the Pre-cast Block
Refractory refractory elements refer to unmolded refractory materials, also known as cast precast blocks, unmolded refractory precast blocks. - By shape: rectangular, square, arched, circular or shaped products
- Some precast parts with reinforcement and anchors can also be divided into ordinary precast parts, reinforced precast parts and anchor precast blocks, etc.
Advantages and application of Pre-cast Block
In industrial furnaces and thermal equipment, the use of prefabricated refractory blocks can achieve mechanized lifting, save labor, shorten construction period and improve furnace efficiency. Prefabricated refractory blocks are widely used in blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, heating furnaces, electric furnace roofs, kilns with roasting shafts, pelletizing furnaces and other thermal furnaces.
