
Description of silicon carbide plate
Silicon Carbide (SiC) is a lightweight ceramic material with high strength characteristics comparable to diamond. It has high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, resistance to thermal shock, oxidation and corrosion. Silicon carbide is an excellent ceramic raw material for applications requiring good erosion and abrasion resistance.

Features of silicon carbide plate
- Silicon carbide board has a wide range of operating temperature. The application temperature range is about 800℃-1400℃;
- High thermal conductivity can preserve the performance of the furnace;
- Good resistance to chemical erosion and anti-aging;
- It has good resistance to thermal shock and is not easily broken when faced with changes in extremely cold and hot working environments;
- The density is high, the surface is smooth, and no slag is formed during use;
- Strong adaptability, able to adapt to oxidizing atmosphere and reducing atmosphere in ceramic production;
- Kerui carbide plate can be used as one side for a long time and does not need to be turned frequently, which improves the working efficiency;
- SIC refractory furnace furniture has high strength, long service life, and turnover time of about 500-1000 times.
Application of silicon carbide tiles
The silicon carbide plate can be used for sintering various powders in metallurgy, chemical industry, glass and other fields, as well as for dewatering components in metal smelting and paper industries, and for various abrasive parts.
