Преимущества смеси СМКБ
High thermal resistance
Due to the presence of mullite and corundum, the mixture is able to withstand high temperatures without significant degradation of its properties.
Chemical resistance
Mullite corundum is resistant to aggressive chemical environments such as acids and alkalis.
Resistance to thermocyclic loads
The material can withstand repeated temperature changes without significant impact on its structure and properties.
Resistance to mechanical influences
SMKB mix has high strength and resistance to mechanical loads.
Low thermal conductivity
Mullite-corundum refractories with low thermal conductivity help reduce heat loss and improve the efficiency of high-temperature processes.
Application of Mullite corundum castable
Production and repair of industrial furnaces
Mullite corundum concrete mix can be used for lining and restoring industrial furnaces such as furnaces, tunnel kilns, mining and metallurgical furnaces and other high temperature devices in metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields.
Melting and foundry processes
The blend can be used in metal smelting and casting processes to provide resistance to high temperatures and chemical corrosion.
Firing ovens
SMKB 72 can be used as a refractory lining in kilns for firing ceramic products and building materials.
Protective structures in the chemical industry
In the chemical industry, where high resistance to aggressive chemical environments is important, mullite-corundum concrete mix can be used to create protective structures and linings for reactors, columns and other equipment.
Heat-resistant insulation materials
The mixture can serve as a heat-resistant insulating material to reduce heat loss in high-temperature processes.
